Who We Are
Established over 50 years ago by Leonard DelGrippo Sr., DelGrippo Homes is a local, family-owned and operated new construction home building company. After years of perfecting the art of building and selling hundreds of homes, DelGrippo Sr. transferred the business to his son, Leonard DelGrippo, Jr., who developed the same passion for home building while working side-by-side with his father. DelGrippo, Jr. continues to honor the tradition of excellence established by the generation before him, focusing on quality craftsmanship and remaining hands-on throughout the entire building process. Continuing the legacy, Leonard DelGrippo, III is actively involved in the construction of all new homes.
That same commitment to quality and lasting relationships extends to the trusted professionals and partners who help build and support DelGrippo Homes. The company has worked with many of its key trade partners for decades, including its foundation subcontractor for more than 30 years, framing subcontractor for more than 40 years, drywallers for 20 years, insulation company for 35 years, plumbing company for 20 years, and HVAC company for an incredible 54 years. DelGrippo Homes also maintains a banking relationship that spans more than 50 years.
